This place is fantastic! It is located in a very quiet area and on a quiet street. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to all my needs. I loved that they provided room service and the housekeeping was great. The room was clean and had many amenities like a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even accomodated my request to have a room overlooking the park, which had beautiful views.

I would recommend this venue to everyone.

Great romantic hotel, carefully chosen interior, mix of kitsch and modern design, fantastic suite with small sauna, nice staff, excellent breakfast buffet.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The themed zones were amazing, especially the Brooklyn and SOHO areas. The wine bar was a great spot to unwind. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and the metro nearby. The staff, especially Nick, Simon, and Elsa, were helpful and friendly. And the breakfast. wow! It was sensational and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel.
